I’m here to help you achieve the body, energy, and skin that you’ve always wanted. But deeper than that, I want you to feel more connected, more alive and 100% confident in the body and skin you’re in.
I want to help you discover what makes you feel your best and in the process, uncover your own well factor.
I get it - there is a ton of wellness information out there – various dietary theories, trendy super foods, the latest exercise craze and the newest must-have miracle product.
The truth is that we are all different, but at our very core, we all are searching for a way to feel good.
I was lucky enough to grow up in a house that valued health. Both of my parents made exercise a priority and even though my mom was no home cook, she was careful about the quality of food she brought in the house – no soft drinks, no sugar cereal and only wheat bread for us.
But like most of us who grew up in this industrial food era, my connection and understanding of food didn’t reach much further than seeing calories on my plate. Those things that make you fat if you eat too much and definitely something that I had better learn to control.
I was determined to find another way.
I started to hang out at Whole Foods. I learned about super foods that can prevent disease and how fish oil can help your skin. My whole relationship with food started to change. And instead of fighting against my body, I slowly began to accept it.
You see, when you treat your body with care and your spirit with love, everything else comes much easier.
You find complete pleasure in sitting down to a beautiful meal because you are no longer silently counting the calories on your plate, but seeing lovely nutrients that are making your skin glow and your body strong.
You eat greens because you love that extra boost of energy.
And when you DO decide to eat that chocolate cake, you love every single bite. And maybe even discover that without the guilt and shame attached to it, you actually are completely satisfied after just a few bites. No “willpower” needed.
You start to feel amazing, and you begin to understand how feeling good from the inside out has an effect on everything else in your life. You’re healthy, you’re confident, you’re glowing…you have that WELL factor.
This is how I’ve chosen to live my life: not caught up in perfection, but in that sweet spot of balance – and I’d love to help you in finding the same.
I have always been health conscious and exercised but could never lose the belly fat and my allergies were awful. In one year, I had six sinus infections that required the over use of antibiotics. I felt terrible, mentally and physically. Brooke came into my life and was such a blessing. She organized a group detox where she taught us how to prepare, cook and maintain a whole foods /“Clean Girls” diet. In addition, she sat down with me one and one to counsel me on my allergies, gut issues, and stress, which was all related to my current poor health status. Once I began a solid whole foods diet my health, allergies and my fitness level improved. I finally got those few extra pounds off. She inspired and trained me to check labels of food and to check what was in my personal care products. Life changing experience! I am so grateful for Brooke as a friend and health coach.
I entered the B-Well Cleanse thinking that I was already pretty healthy. But, with your guidance and thoughtful information, I have learned many more ways to make myself and my family healthier and happier. And it came at just the right time - I was really getting down in myself, but now I'm feeling awesome.
I sort of did it on a whim, but I have followed the diet to a T and I am amazed at how much better I feel. Mostly, I am inspired, and I have become more positive and present for myself and my family. I did not anticipate feeling this way when I signed up for the program, so it is an amazing bonus for me!

WOW! That would be fine. It is such a shock to me that you would see something within my posts b/c I'm just doing it, and didn't really notice a huge difference UNTIL...... I started talking about what we have been learning. I found myself being a "Mini Brooke" with food info, and people listened, and found it as interesting as I do. That's when I started really researching things, and really understanding the food labels, and it connected the dots for me. what I mean by that is, it allowed me to understand more of my "Why" and "Purpose" b/c I was starting to understand what my body need for nutrients, and what it needed for burning. It connected. It's fun, and I can see a difference. I actually TRULY relax now, and I crave TEA!!! Ha ha ha!! Not coffee.
